Cheyenne Antonio 

Cheyenne Antonio is Haltsooí (Meadow Clan). She is from the Eastern Checkerboard region of Dinétah in Pueblo Pintado and Torreon, New Mexico. Cheyenne is a community organizer and land defender in one of the most complicated regions in the Southwest monitoring federal, state and tribal agencies on resource theft and violence against Native people.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Native American Studies and a minor in Navajo Linguistics from the University of New Mexico. She enjoys spending time with her dog Sirius.
